are an essential part of the mobile supply chain. They are a single point of contact and have connection contracts with all of the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). They can provide a Short Code number and arrange for you to use this on all of the mobile networks. If your organisation is very small you might use a subsidiary Aggregator or Service Provider.
